Local pick up is available for customers who can meet in Glen Saint Mary, Florida (32040) and Macclenny, Florida (32063). If you choose the local pick up option please message me through our Facebook page sophiasbowboutique16 

once you have completed your order so we can set up a pick up time once your items are ready! In order to use the local pickup option you must create an account with the boutique website! 

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sophiasbowboutique@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14072 O.C. Horne road Sanderson Fl, 32087.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Sophia's Bow Boutique ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
